Within each industry sector we have consultants that cover senior management to director level, right down to junior level appointments – both expatriate & locally based candidates. We are able to offer a number of services to our clients, the main two being; Contingency Search, by far our most common service used by our clients where we would source candidates either from our large network & database of candidates or from paid advertisement where by the client would be charged a fee based on a percentage of the first year salary/package.
The other service we could provide is a Retained Search (headhunt assignment), more commonly used by our clients for more senior hard to fill roles.
